How many times have you found yourself wishing or hoping for something only to be disappointed in the end? Happiness often feels like a vague and elusive quality we seem unable to hang on to, but what if this could be changed? Would you want to find more peace and contentment in being who you are, or would you choose to change in order to secure happiness? I find change to be a thing we mostly fear and yet this change is something we are all desiring.
What if happiness is actually a decision we need to make constantly and perpetually? Would you feel able to do that? In most cases we are so busy fighting the flood of limitation that comes from our most subliminal thought, that we don’t ever get to make that choice. Society and life itself tell us that we have to work hard to achieve our goals and suffer to grow, when the reality is that we need to let go in order to be happy. Let go of old ideas and ideologies mostly but let go in order to invite the change we crave. I am always observing this change in myself and invite you to join me in exploring how happiness, self-awareness, and contentment can be attained, and just how magical life can actually be when we collaborate with it instead of fighting against its perceived constraints. I am one who sees no limits, only potential, and as a result have a great deal to offer in bringing you to that state of being as well.
