This programme has been designed to sustain any individual on their journey in life with consideration for the fact that we are all so unique. In this way, whoever chooses this as a means of enriching their life or empowering themselves in it, will be taking from it exactly what they need as no two bodies reply in the same way to the method. It allows for maximum benefit regardless of why you chose to participate. It also makes way for you to advance at your own pace and to include your own discoveries in the process. Unlike other modalities that desire to uplift, this one has a significant means of allowing body and mind to be influenced towards a calmer, more satisfying state of being without having to work hard to get there. I’m sure this sounds almost too good to be true but giving it a try will lay your doubts to rest and by that you will feel an immediate response in what is posed. You will find that your curiosity to discover just what this is capable of keeps you moving forward with an actual desire to understand its influences.
It might sound outrageous, but every part of your life will feel the impact of the programme with a great deal of that influence being the way you feel about yourself. In this way you prepare body and mind to unite in a common goal of creating health and mental soundness which will leave you feeling so empowered in and of itself. But there is more to this than just sharing information, you will receive dialogue to listen to as you perform your tasks and videos to support you too. The more you listen the more will happen in the space of body and mind, in which case a state of visualisation becomes quite pleasing, offering an almost meditative space for you to enjoy. You will also be given tools that are simple and easy to apply with motivational statements included for those of you drawn to affirmation. But this is affirmation with an added kick because it evokes action from your subconscious and empowers you to dispense with unwanted energy clogging up the workings of the mind and body. It will be most evident when you apply it for the first time that things are going to happen that will uplift you and keep you in good spirits should you persist in following the process. But it is never too late to try something new.
The idea here is to allow a most subtle change to be applied that uplifts mood and balance of the body without you having to mentally dig through your past. It is evident that once the past is behind us, we should leave it there to rest and rather pursue the change we want to see or experience in the present. This means that while it’s important to acknowledge those previous experiences for the knowledge and opportunity they gave you to grow, it isn’t going to be where your attention needs to lie for this programme. It is important to know that we can heal from past hurts and conditions by facing forward and directing our attention to the present and from there to the future we want to describe. I will be sharing this in much more detail during the programme itself.
The subconscious is a highly evolved element of your own awareness which I often think of as a guidance system trying its utmost to steer us safely through life with confidence and inspiration. You may find that activating your subconscious to a level of awareness that is useful to you instantly changes the critical judgement plane of dialogue in your mind to a more pleasing one. You will also find yourself drawn to more constructive pursuits and generally feel more connected to the world around you but in an inviting and comfortable way. This programme isn’t manipulating your mind it is allowing it to find it’s truth in the awareness of life and for you to be more comfortable in the spaces it reveals. Our minds are generally misused and misunderstood too, leading to confusion about our status in the path of growth that is life. In this method we bring the simplicity back to the space of both conscious and unconscious thought so that you can be more decisive, more aligned with what you really want and a sense of knowing that gently steers you where you need to go with the least hardship possible.
Our subconscious is our ally in life and its time to make friends with it and invite it into a place of action in both body and mind so that its subtle guiding hand can steer us with greater ease. I often joke that we keep our subconscious in a dark and dusty corner with no intention of paying any heed to it and its time to set it free to discover just how magical it can be. It is after all an essential voice within the thoughts of your mind since it is you in your most conscious state. We have just forgotten the means of revealing that element of ourselves and here you will find it again, in thoughts that don’t criticism and judge, but clarify and bring you strength. Your own personal tool to embrace as an essential part of the mind’s structure and design. It may be feared by some that I am referring to some kind of psychic phenomenon and I want to ensure you that the opposite is true. Our subconscious is in the mind all the time, its is us when we are aware and awakened, we have just lost the connection it provides, and this leaves us filled with self-doubt and insecurity and a whole ton of judgemental or anxious thought. Revising that state resolves so much within our state of wellness and preparation in life as to seem almost miraculous. But however you feel about this, know that your subconscious IS you, just in a state of greater balance and awareness than you currently are.
Any memories that are stirred are likely to come to you with greater understanding of what they meant in terms of your growth and future potential for growth but in rather an objective way, eliminating the need for struggle or heartache. You already know the story of your life, but don’t you want to move forward from that creating a foundation of balance and security and the inevitable happiness this provides?
On some days it will require only a couple of minutes easily set aside to quickly note the assignment of the day. On others you may be occupied for 10 or 15 minutes and using the provided resources you get to decide how interactive you wish to be with it. It works for any level of engagement but honestly the best investment for your time is seeing yourself in a better light and with greater awareness of how to sustain that. Being your own number one priority means you have more to give in life and its relationships and tasks which brings me to state that a healthy body and mind does not need to imply a struggle. This programme is about simplifying life not burdening you with work. The work is all mine to support.
You will be provided with all the information and step by step instructions to support you all the way. In fact, there will be no end to the resources available to you meaning that you can pick and choose from the content if you want to, but the basis will always be to provide the simplicity of its design without underestimating the power and potential you will find there. Social media and chat facilities will be aligned too. If you have specific questions we will be on hand to answer your questions but for the most part I believe you will receive your answers before the question needs to be asked. Should you have a desire to be more involved and learn about other aspects of this, course work will become available as that is in the pipeline too.

It will vary to include your primary senses of awareness, which gives you a broader context of engagement within the body’s consciousness. This means some will be in short blog form, some will be audio recordings, and some will be videos as well as some brief posts to inspire and support you on the way. Whether you choose the full format or the abbreviated one, the outcome will differ only in the time frame it takes you to achieve the fullness of the results. You may also find that after starting you become drawn towards more participation or more depth of content, in this case you would always be supported in swopping subscription to one that supports you more. It would be shortsighted of me not to want you to receive as much as I’m offering but it will always be up to you to choose but explore freely too.
This often feels like a trick question because after all, how long is a piece of string? As long as you want it to be. You will determine what feels right to you. This is a way of life for me, and I find it easy to support it in my daily life, but you may want to grow into it and allow recognition of what its giving you before choosing how much effort you put in. But I stress that the effort is minimal and as simple as reading or listening to something briefly. It is how often you use the tools that will count and how consistent you are, but that kind of guidance will come through in the programme itself. So in short as much or as little effort as you would like to expend. This programme is yours to explore and discover and it is your will that will drive and navigate you through it but be sure to know it’s not hard or complicated at all.
The options created are designed for you to work through at your own pace with the cheaper option being more abbreviated. Each will be as effective but one offers a lot more support and engagement with more resources to explore. It would depend on what you felt you wanted to experience too, because some people just want a hint of the awareness this builds and others want it all. Whatever your choice, you can always change your mind but know that the more you apply this the better things become.
In order to know what to expect, you can think of it as aligning the choices you make in life with a far more generous inclination while simultaneously uplifting mood. It will increase tolerance for delays, manifesting courage and a will to discover new depth in yourself while also allowing for physiological change in the functioning of your body and mind structures to bring peace and harmony to light by raising your overall vibrational field of influence which leads to improved health, mental wellness and vitality. If I answer in a straightforward way, it covers all aspects of life in order to improve the balance of the body while acquiring a more balanced approach to life. If I answer from the perspective of what others have received from it, they mention feeling lighter and more productive with motivation to match. They note having acquired a calmer mind and improved focus as well as varying health benefits according to their state at the start of the programme. They would also note others treating them with respect and acknowledgement of their value in recognition of a significantly improved sense of self and the self-worth that is associated with the experiences of life. For the most part you can expect a simple exposure to new vibrations in your body that have not been felt before and it leaves you with a sense of having grown in life. I would also add that there is no aspect of life that can’t be covered here, but the start is a basis of self-management in order to consistently experience a more joyful life.
I often feel a need to demonstrate this by saying that you will be choosing your own objectives all the way along so that your experience of this is as unique as you are. In other words your own subconscious will be guiding what you need in terms of support and change. In this way you get the most benefit for both body and mind while simultaneously improving your quality of life and the relationships it supports. The only thing required would be a will to participate in a process that uplifts and empowers you while simultaneously improves all elements of the body’s function and flow. It is organic in nature, meaning that you will be utilising tools that are as simple as they are direct and in this way you get the most benefit as there is no limit to what can be achieved here. Some have described it as revolutionising their lives and experiencing increasing happiness as a result. So the honest answer would be anything and everything, but it is your own personal goals that take precedence in all the features of the programme. You may also expect to feel really grounded which drastically changes the level of stress the body is noting and this way you move gently and comfortably through each phase updating any goals and perspective you wish to acquire. I like to see it as selective healing of body and mind to improve one’s circumstances, but it will aways be up to you to decide what you want out of it. So don’t be shy to make a list you can apply to the process and include your own set of values that you may want to adjust. This is not an all or nothing approach to alignment it is a subtle shift towards greater awareness and a more awakened sense of purpose which allows you to experience benefits of many kinds. Some will be subtle and barely noticed but your body will perceive it and “upgrade” all its systems and circuits accordingly, resulting in that self-empowerment I mentioned. Choose your goals and let it make your dreams come to you rather than fighting to get the job done in this rather harried plane of life.
