Elluminescence offers two different tiers of membership, catering to your needs, time availability, and desired level of engagement. The memberships both offer a system of regularly released content, which guides you through various principles of transforming your life. The content is presented in a format which is easy to understand and integrate. The membership is presented in sets, with each set covering different topics including self-worth and motivation, manifestation of outcomes you want, positive thinking, and improved health and flow of vitality, to name a few. The pace at which you move through the sets is completely up to you regardless of which tier you feel drawn to. You will also find additional resources provided with each membership. Online support is available via email should you have any questions or queries regarding the memberships.

Below please find some of the frequently asked questions regarding our membership packages. For any further questions, please feel free to email us or send us a WhatsApp.

Payments for the memberships are deducted monthly after registering. This is an automated process so there is nothing you need to worry about after registration. Payments are processed on the same date each month - this is the date upon which your first registered. For example, if you registered on the 15th of the month, your payment will be processed on the 15th of every month.

The payment process is hosted by Paystack, which is a division of Stripe International. Please note: you are responsible for ensuring there is sufficient funding in the chosen payment account on the relevant payment date. If there are insufficient funds and the payment is unsuccessful, your membership access will be paused until payment is received.

After registration, you will receive a welcome and introductory message. Content is released according to the schedule listed for each tier, and you are required to complete each day's content to trigger the release of the next day's content. There are no specifications or restrictions on how often you complete each day, but the next day will only become available after completing the previous day. You are welcome to work through the content as quickly or as slowly as you like.

During your registration process you will create your own Elluminescence profile and receive your welcome email. Please take note of your username and password as you will use these whenever you want to log into your profile.

If for any reason you would like to pause your subscription, please email us at info@elluminescence so that we can action the profile change. Please note: when you pause a membership you will retain access all the content you have had access to up until the pause. You will not receive any new content until the membership is resumed. Once resumed - your content will begin to flow again. Pausing of your membership will not influence any of your once-off purchases such as meditations.

If for any reason you would like to cancel your subscription, please email us at info@elluminescence so that we can action the profile change. Please note: when you cancel a membership you will lose access all the content you have had up until that point. You will not receive any new content, and should you wish to resume your membership you will have to reregister and start from the beginning. It is for this reason that we recommend pausing a membership if the need arises. Cancelling your membership will not influence any of your once-off purchases such as meditations.
